Yes. While we cannot issue visas directly, BUND Productions is an authorized entity that can issue official government invitation letters (PU letters) often required for business visas. We guide your HR team through the application process to minimize rejections.
Can you find venues outside of hotels?
Absolutely. While Shanghai has incredible hotels, we specialize in "non-traditional" venues. From art galleries in the West Bund to historic mansions in the French Concession and industrial lofts, we have a database of unique locations to suit any vibe.
How do payments work? Can we pay in USD?
Yes. We have entities in both China and Hong Kong. You can pay via international wire transfer in USD, EUR, or GBP to our HK account, or in RMB to our Shanghai account. We handle all local vendor payments in RMB, simplifying your accounting.
Will our guests have internet access?
Internet access in China is restricted. However, for events, we can set up dedicated international bandwidth lines at the venue that bypass the firewall legally for your delegates. We also advise on eSIM solutions for mobile data.
How do we ship event materials to China?
Chinese customs can be strict. We have a dedicated freight forwarding partner. We strongly advise sending digital files for local printing in Shanghai to save cost and risk. BUND Productions ensures high-quality local production that matches your global standards.
